Does it float?
Yes. Air in the pack creates a high buoyancy. It is recommended to adjust the pack to float on it with the pack strapped to your belly. Or, if you are doing an activity like snorkeling, you can strap it to your back and it will keep you afloat (not recommended as a replacement to a life preserver).
