Shipping policy

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AS OUR TEAM WORKS TIRELESSLY TO BUILD YOUR GEAR AND FULFILL ORDERS AS QUICKLY AND SAFELY AS POSSIBLE! 

 

We currently ship orders domestically and to Canada via FedEx and USPS from our HQ in Mapleton, UT.

Free Domestic Shipping applies to all retail orders over $200 (Before Tax).

Available shipping options and fees will be calculated on the checkout page once you have entered your item details and shipping address.

Please note that business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal US holidays.

 

WHAT'S THE DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING TIMELINE ?

USPS Priority Mail arrives in 2-3 business days*.

FedEx Ground arrives in 5-7 business days*.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?

We do not (yet) have a set way to ship internationally. However, you are free to inquire via email and we can create a custom order for you to calculate shipping costs to your international address.

WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMELINES ?

FedEx or USPS International Economy are 4-8 business days*

HOW MUCH ARE TARIFFS, DUTIES, VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT), ETC ?

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to your specific country’s tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc… These costs are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges on our website. Please contact your local customs office for more information on these fees, as they are typically based on the value of the order and vary from country to country. Please be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you were not willing to pay the fees, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for any additional fees required to return the package to us.

DO YOU OFFER SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UPON DELIVERY ?

Yes. If you require Signature Confirmation, please reach out to our Customer Service team before placing your order by emailing via the contact page.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE ?

Once your package has been marked delivered, Hyperlite Mountain Gear is not responsible and you must contact the shipping provider to file a claim.
